APCM 2021

Our next Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) 

is on Sunday 30th May 2021

following the 10 am Service at the Church of the Resurrection & St Barnabas

The attendace is possible in-person and on Zoom. 


The PCC (Parochial Church Council) is required to hold an APCM (Annual Parochial Church Meeting) at which reports are shared, accounts approved, new members and officers are elected and questions may be asked about any area of the church’s ministry. Anyone may attend the annual meeting and raise questions but only those on the electoral roll may vote in any formal resolutions that might be made.

Below you will find links to the various documents you might need for the meeting, including a nomination form for potential PCC members and our annual report and accounts. 

The PCC is the governing body of the Parish of Good Shepherd and St Barnabas, Eastlands Manchester, managing our resources, assets, building and ministry and volunteer teams. It is responsible for ensuring compliance with policies such as health and safety and safeguarding. The PCC works together with the Rector in discerning and promoting the mission and ministry of the church. 

You can attend the APCM in person or on Zoom. There is a procedure to vote online. Please not you need to be on the Electoral Roll to be eligible to vote.
